Pitchers
Purbeck stone makes beautiful and durable pitchers. Our pitchers are traditionally supplied 50mm wide by random lengths. We can also supply coursed widths of 50mm, 60mm and 70mm. Random lengths allows for the most efficient and therefore cost-effective use of each block. Pitchers are usually between 90-115 thick, and can be thinner if required. They have split top surfaces, and can also be tumbled. A tumbled finish softens the edges, producing a more antique effect.
We can also produce sawn pitchers.
